On the evening of May 25, the Sky Theater welcomed the 10th show of the 2024 Liuyang Weekend Fireworks series. On the 1423rd anniversary of the birth of the fireworks pioneer Li Tian, Liuyang honored him with a spectacular fireworks display.
This fireworks show was divided into four chapters: "Chasing Light: Through the Time Tunnel," "Dream Seeking: Sleeping Under the Starry Sky," "Dream Making: Embracing the World," and "Dream Fulfillment: Weaving a Beautiful Future." Fireworks connected the past, leading the audience through a time tunnel on a journey through fireworks and history.

Over 1400 years ago, a historical moment was captured when Li Tian ignited a firecracker. The subsequent explosion resounded across China, illuminating the night sky for over 1400 years.
On stage, music played melodiously, while fireworks lit up the night sky. A drone formation took off, outlining the figure of Li Tian in the night sky, with phrases like "A Brilliant Millennium Illuminates Liuyang" and "The World's Fireworks in Liuyang" appearing one after another. Amidst the fireworks, Li Tian seemed to return from millennia past, meeting and embracing Liuyang once more.
Time flows continuously, and the skills and spirit of Li Tian have been passed down through generations. The songs of the Liuyang River resonate loudly, and shooting stars fall, creating a mesmerizing starry sky of layered fireworks, beautiful enough to intoxicate.

In the eternal night, a single explosion shocked the world. A millennium-old industry was thus born. Subsequently, a streak of gold traversed the sky, with jellyfish fireworks rising and creating a fantastical scene. Various colors—red, orange, green, gold—intertwined, blooming like trees of dreams.
Under the fireworks display, Liuyang's landscapes appeared once again, with the Xiangjiang River surging, and the spirit of the Autumn Harvest Uprising rising passionately. Through millennia of trials and tribulations, generations of Liuyang fireworks artisans have made "safe, environmentally friendly, and spectacular" the new label of Liuyang fireworks.
Through a grand musical and scenic fireworks and drone creative performance show, this weekend's fireworks recreated the history of fireworks development, allowing visitors to gain a deeper understanding of the history and culture of Liuyang fireworks. The show vividly depicted how the people of Liuyang work together to ignite fireworks, illuminate beauty, and weave a beautiful future, leaving a profound impression on the audience.
